Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Operations:

- Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Facility Management:

- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the premises.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and vendors for repairs or supplies.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and consumables.
- Member Support:

- Onboard new members and provide tours of the facility.
- Address and resolve member issues or escalate when needed.
- Collect feedback and work on improving member satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain records of memberships, contracts, and payments.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on occupancy, attendance, and issues.
- Assist in billing and coordination with the finance team.
- Community Engagement:

- Organize internal events, workshops, and networking sessions.
- Foster a sense of community among co-working members.
- Support marketing or social media efforts related to events or promotions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, facility, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Pay: ₹13,016.88 - ₹18,000.00 per month
