**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation & Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn to generate valuable leads and increase conversions.
- SEO & Backlinking: Implement effective on-site and off-site SEO strategies. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and build backlinks to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Website Optimization & Landing Pages: Ensure landing pages are optimized for a smooth user experience, lead capture, and higher conversion rates. Basic knowledge of website building and maintaining a functional site is a plus.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use Google Data Studio to track website traffic, visitor behaviour, and campaign performance. Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Content Creation for Off-Page SEO: Create and manage content like blogs, infographics, and directory submissions to boost off-page SEO and build domain authority.
- Creative Strategy Collaboration: Work closely with the content strategist to create compelling ad creatives, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to improve results.
**Required Skills**:
- Lead Generation & Paid Ads: Strong experience in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, GMB).
- SEO Expertise: Proven skills in both on-site and off-site SEO, backlink management, and keyword optimization.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in Google Data Studio to monitor and report on website health, visitor behaviour, and ad campaign success.
- Landing Page & Website Optimization: Ability to create and optimize landing pages for better lead conversion. Basic website maintenance skills are a plus.
- Content Creation: Experience in creating off-page SEO content such as blogs, articles, and infographics to increase domain authority.
- Reporting: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report generation.
