**Job Description for Sales and Marketing Executive:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads, drive sales, and increase market share.
- Identify target markets and customer segments, and develop plans to reach them effectively.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay updated with industry developments and emerging sales and marketing trends.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, as necessary, to accommodate client needs.
- A self-motivated and result oriented mindset, with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Generate leads and create a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
- Conduct research to understand their needs, preferences, and market trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by management through effective planning and execution.
- Take initiatives to promote the company through marketing and publicity efforts.
- Prepare sales management information system (MIS) reports for monitoring and analysis.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
