**Responsibilities**
- **Supervise Warehouse Operations**: Direct and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure
- **Transportation Planning**: Plan and coordinate transportation activities, including route optimization, carrier selection, and freight negotiation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed. Implement best practices for inventory control to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyse logistics data, such as transportation costs, inventory levels, and order fulfilment metrics, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure workload distribution is balanced among team members.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high standards of quality control by inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to prevent delays or errors
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Conduct safety training sessions, perform routine safety inspections, and address any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the warehouse. Implement changes and enhancements to streamline workflows and maximize productivity.
- **Communication**: Foster open communication channels within the warehouse team and with other departments. Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination of operations.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and familiarity with inventory tracking software(SAP)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving mind-set and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
