Legal Advisor

**Experience: 1- 2 years**
**Location : Panchkula**
We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business. You will be responsible to ensure that law guidelines are being followed and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

**What is required to do**:

- Must be a holder of either Bachelor or Master degree in Law.
- Previous working experience as a Legal Counsel or Compliance Officer in business environment
- In-depth knowledge of administrative law and procedures
- Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensuring contract management including contract drafting, executing, documenting and ensuring compliance to the terms.
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, Lease Deed, Leave & license along with due diligence of the properties.
- Preparing, reviewing and modifying contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
- Negotiating, reviewing and drafting documentation for business transactions and preparing and advising on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time.
- Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect your business and specific industry.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
