Fusion Techlab is a leading company specializing in Website Designing, Website Development, Mobile App Development, Game Development, Software Development, etc. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our website services.
- Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information regarding our services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services to effectively communicate with clients.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely follow-through on all client interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies and processes.
- Provide feedback to the management team on client needs and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- High level of motivation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the website development or digital marketing industry.
- Knowledge of different website platforms and basic technical terms.
