**Requirements**:

- Educational background: Preferably Graduate/Post Graduate in Communication / Visual / Digital Product Design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI capabilities, Projects worked on.
- 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience as a UX/Product Designer. Ideally, working experience across complex cloud-based apps, enterprise products.
- Proficient in using Figma, Sketch, other prototyping tools. Knowledge of AI Design Tools will be a plus.
- Knowledge of UX/UI experience for multiple digital devices (Web, tablets, mobile and wearables).
- Has strong knowledge of UI/UX standards / design principles.
- Passionate about users and love creating good designs that delight users.
- Strong UX/UI portfolio demonstrating problem solving skills.
- Ability to arrive at intuitive & simplistic solutions. A strong sense of UI and usability is an added advantage.
- A keen sense of good visual design.
- Creative problem-solving skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and design functionality, user flows, and interfaces with rich UX for B2B Testsigma product suite.
- Identify problem areas (in existing features) and develop user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, problem areas and opportunities.
- Own and drive the product design from concept to shipping.
- Think user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with different disciplines. You will work closely with engineers, product managers, product researchers, and front-end developers to explore, build and ship your designs.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends, design trends and market conditions.
- Create prototypes, mockups and UI designs and interact with stakeholders.
- Interact with the development team and provide prototypes and mockups.
- Create and manage design systems effectively.
