JD for MDM Profile Exp - 6 years Key Responsibilities # Have experience with implementing, deploying and supporting Company owned MDM solution functionalities. # Must have gr ound experience on Device enrollment, Compliance check, Configuration Profiles deployment, Application deployment, Application management for all device platforms. # Have basic knowledge of MDM integration with SCCM. # Provide mentoring and coaching to team members for MDM scope # Have skills to define KB articles documentation in scope of guiding new MDM features. # Experienced in troubleshooting various device platforms issues, and optimize the resource to make it efficient. # Have expertis e with good Client handling skills. # Ability to read, write and interpret business and technical queries to resolve Client issues. # Incident Management and maintain appropriate hygiene to ticketing system, tracking and providing solutions for iss ues related to MDM scope. # Should be able to provide recommendations for automation and bringing modern endpoint management approaches within the environment. # Hands on experience on more than 1 different MDM solutions (like Airwatch, MS-Intune, Mo bile Iron, MaaS360) # Flexible to work in UK shift with completing SLAs of the assigned jobs and responsibilities. # Team management, confident to take care of internal Client calls and discussion, Leave management. # Designing, Planning, and Impl ementing Mobile Device Management in environment, such as: o Airwatch MDM Console management o Device enrollment and their reporting as active Last Sync status. o Compliance Management of managed devices. o Profiles (Wifi, VPN, PKI Certificate au thentication, App Whitelisting Blacklisting, Restrictions) o Planning and managing active status of security certificates. o Application and its upgrade deployment (Internal, Public, WebURLs) o Planning, configuring and implementing a backup plan to migrate to another MDM (if required) Skills & Practical Experience # Experienced as a Device Management Engineer, providing troubleshooting and solutions to issues and queries. # Must Have experience in iOS Android management, in respect to ABM.
