**Job Summary**:
**The Primary Job Responsibilities**:

- 1. Be acknowledgeable about Theka Coffee as a whole and your importance as a Theka Coffee team member
- 2. Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the production unit
- 3. Making sure all stocks are checked and as per shelf-life and the same recorded in the daily production log sheet
- 4. Assisting with the daily production cycle and unit operations
- 5. Ensuring that all the daily task is completed as per the standard time schedules
- 6. Ensuring that the brewing and kegging process is done accurately and on time as per the standard batch process flow
- 7. In-charge of all equipment inventory, maintenance and cleanliness upkeep
- 8. Check and update daily inventory and raw materials and general supplies and maintain standard MOQ’s at all times
- 9. Making sure all daily reports, checklists, process videos are updated as directed by the immediate manager
- 10. Ensure bottle cleaning and sanitization with stickering is done as per the daily production forecast
- 11. Making sure that the standard recipe chart is followed, for all products at any given production and batch cycle
- 12. Receiving and storing all materials as per FIFO process
- 13. Making sure the daily dispatch is ready for collection before standard pick-up time
- 14. Ensuring all pre and post production cleaning and sanitization duties are completed as per the standard flow chart
- 15. Continual development of one’s own knowledge about coffee and brewing process

**Desired Experience & Qualification**:

- Secondary school education
- 0 - 6 month’s work experience
- Basic understanding of Hindi and English or Telugu
- Basic knowledge of understanding reports and processes Desired Qualities
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Being Punctual
- Good team player
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to lift weight up-to 20 kgs
- Attention to detail
- Having a Yes attitude and eagerness to learn new things
- Must be willing to work on a set duty roster and shift pattern
- Must be honest and dependable

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
