**Accounts Executive - PET Recycling Plant**

**Accounts Executive - For PET Recycling Plant**

**Overview**:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate and transparent accounting records for the PET recycling plant. This includes handling all accounting tasks related to wages, attendance, sales and purchase invoicing, and inventory management. The role will also involve processing payments, handling employee documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of monthly stock statements, all while using Zoho Books to manage financial data.

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Accurately record and process employee wages in alignment with company policies, ensuring timely and correct payments.

Ø Maintain and track employee attendance records, ensuring compliance with plant attendance policies and reporting any discrepancies.

Ø Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices for customers, ensuring all details align with sales agreements and transactions.

Ø Record and maintain accurate purchase transactions, ensuring proper documentation for timely payment to suppliers.

Ø Oversee the processing of Kodo payments, ensuring that all payments are made correctly and on time in accordance with vendor terms.

Ø Utilize Zoho Books to manage and maintain financial records, including sales, purchases, wages, and other accounting entries.

Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processing of accounting tasks and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Ø Manage the documentation process for new employees, ensuring all required ESIC registrations and filings are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Ø Prepare and update monthly stock statements and perform physical verification of inventory, ensuring that the stock records in Zoho Books are up to date.

Ø Process and issue debit and credit notes to vendors and customers as necessary, and update the Accounts Manager on these transactions.

Ø Oversee inventory management at the plant, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates of stock levels using Zoho Books.

**Skills Required**:
Ø Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.

Ø Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.

Ø Experience with Kodo Payments, processing and documentation.

Ø Proficiency in managing debit and credit notes with vendors and customers.

Ø Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ø Familiarity with ESIC registration and employee documentation.

Ø Experience in inventory management and stock verification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
