**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging online training sessions using our e-learning platform.
- Create interactive and effective learning materials, including videos, quizzes, and assessments.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to learners, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Monitor and evaluate learners' progress, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends and incorporate best practices into training sessions.
- Collaborate with the content development team to enhance course materials based on learner feedback and industry updates.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging active participation and collaboration among learners.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an E-Learning Platform Trainer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful training programs.
- Proficiency in using popular e-learning platforms (such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to create well-structured and engaging training materials.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to cater to diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving, ensuring effective solutions for learner challenges.
- Relevant certifications in e-learning and instructional design will be a plus.
