**JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Primary**:
- AP vendor payout activity, process training to team members.
- S&A unit activities and coordinating with the F&A Head, Treasury, and IT teams.
- Coordinate with the Internal & External Auditors & ensured no Audit Observations
**_Secondary: _**Process improvements, digitization projects and automation.
**DEPARTMENT ACTIVITIES**:(Brief description of the department)**:
SSC, Chennai does, processing of vendor invoices for all domestic supplies and services for various L&T subsidiaries, like L&T Hydrocarbon. Processing includes PO terms & condition, documents verification & validation, GST & TDS compliance and proper accounting and payments to vendors. Continuous process improvements through automation and system upgradation for achieving better productivity.
