Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

**Subfamily Description**

Care (CAR) comprises the support of customers (in line with contractual service agreements) and internal Nokia stakeholders in pre
- and post-sales activities with technical and non-technical topics, including first level contact with customers for software and hardware incidents or requests. Ensures readiness of service delivery and covers the provision of recommendations to product houses on design for serviceability aspects. Contains escalation of key issues to appropriate functions.

**Job Description
Fault management/configuration of Core, PACO network.

**Job Responsibilities & Competencies
- Fault management/configuration of Core, PACO network
- Working experience on 5G core is preferred.
- Bridge handling technique, Bridge ethics & good communication skills.
- Fault management/configuration VoLTE network,SDM,Cloud or legacy switches.
- Hands on troubleshooting experience within VoLTE network.
- Knowledge of CBIS and CBAM is preferable.
- Knowledge of generic ETSI NFVI & MANO architectures.
- Trouble Ticket handling
- Customer Issue handling
- Able to engage customers on technical front and contain escalations on ground level
- Co-ordinating with GDC, Care, Planning and Customer, knowledge of raising trouble ticket process, emergency handling mechanism, regular updates to customers
- Exposure to 4G VOLTE & LTE network with call flow and protocols used.
- Ensure to Acknowledge and close TT within SLA/OLA
- Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node / system
- Coordinating with care team for handling resolved cases
- Interfacing with other Technical Teams
- Troubleshooting Diameter signaling and protocol stack
- Policy configuration and quota management.
- Operation and maintenance of nodes like SDM, SPS charging, DRA, SP-GW, PCRF and DSR/DRA nodes
- Working on GSM MAP, SMPP, SIP, Diameter, SS7 and SIGTRAN (SCTP, M2PA, M3UA), SCCP, TCAP, ISUP, SNMP and HTTP
- Proxy configuration and routing.
- Knowledge of IP Routing and forwarding ( BGP, ISIS, OSFP etc).
- O&M and troubleshooting of CBIS and CBAM. Bridge handling, Bridge ethics with Very good communication skills.

**Qualifications
BE Electronics and Telecommunication or equivalent

**Knowledge & Experience**

Management experience / Achieved advanced skills and knowledge within a specific professional discipline involving the integration of theory and principles with organisational practices and precedents. Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
