Should have expertise on at least 2 PACO nodes for design and deployment.
- Check and validate the TSD and highlight any gaps, risks in solution to Presales and other stakeholders
- Troubleshooting support to SE and analysis of Traces
- Responsible to create document for project lessons learnings.
- Knowledge sharing and KT session delivery.
- Capture Lessons learn in LL tool.
- Extend Support to Team in need and practice internal JIRA
- Should have Expertise of all PACO portfolio products.
- Responsible to support NPI/NPD projects design, deployment, upgrade and integration
- Support on Architecture change in complex SU projects/expansions
- Responsible for identification of Serviceability needs and highlight to practice leader.
- Act as mentor for junior/new engineers.
- Responsible for developing PACO nodes certifications in coordination with KMCD.
- Works typically in several technology areas with intermediate to advanced skill level or with one technology area at an advanced skill level.
- Creates implementation plan and technical infrastructure documents.
- Knows and works according to the Systems Integration (SI) delivery process.
- Creates test strategy and test cases.
- Contributes to gathering customer requirements, analysis, feature specification and requirement feasibility study.
- Contributes to migration procedures.
- Contributes to knowledge documentation in various tools like SharePoint, Share Inside, Yammer, ShareNet, discussion forums.
- Works autonomously and effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
- Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives.
- Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.
- Shares initial ideas for professional direction of own organizational unit.
- Acts as a professional advisor and mentor for staff / work team / taskforces.
- May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
- Around 12+ years of experience in Packet Core Projects
- Knowledge and Experience for Packet Core Equipment: MME, S/PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF
- Knowledge and Experience for Nokia Packet Core equipment: cMM, cMG, NRD
- Capable of understanding Technical Notes, Protocol Specs, Method of Procedure
- Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Project Management skill is an advantage
- Computer: MS Office, Teams
