**Meta Ads Executive**

**Experience**: 1 to 6 years

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a results-driven **Meta Ads Executive** to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on **Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms**. You will play a key role in creating compelling ad strategies that drive traffic, leads, and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Create ad creatives (images, copy, video ideas) with the design/content team
- Manage budgets and monitor campaign performance daily
- Conduct A/B testing for ad sets and creatives
- Analyze results and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with Meta platform policies, trends, and best practices

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **Facebook Ads Manager**:

- Knowledge of ad formats: Traffic, Leads, Conversions, Engagement, etc.
- Ability to analyze ad performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS)
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel
- Creative thinking and a data-driven mindset
- Good communication and reporting skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Certification in Meta Ads / Digital Marketing (preferred)
