Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor specializing in budgeting to join our team. The role involves supporting the cost management and budgeting functions of high-rise residential construction projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, adherence to budgets, and accurate financial reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in developing detailed project budgets based on design specifications, project scope, and market rates.

Monitor and update budgets throughout the project lifecycle to ensure financial alignment.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Update estimates to reflect design revisions and scope changes.

Analyze actual costs against budgeted figures and prepare variance reports.

Provide accurate quantity and cost data to support material procurement and vendor negotiations.

Assist in evaluating supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to budgets.

Prepare and present regular financial reports, highlighting cost trends and potential risks.

Maintain accurate records of budgets, bills of quantities (BOQs), estimates, and contracts.

Ensure timely submission of claims, invoices, and payment certifications.

Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to validate costs and resolve budget-related issues.

Communicate budget updates, risks, and recommendations to senior surveyors and project managers.

Ensure cost planning and budgeting align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Support internal audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management processes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

**1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying or budgeting, preferably in high-rise residential construction.**

Proficiency in cost estimation tools, MS Excel, and project management software.

Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and market trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
