Delhi, India your design district Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and develop furniture concepts based on client requirements market trends and brand guidelines.

2. Create detailed sketches renderings and 3D models of furniture designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

3. Collaborate with product managers engineers and manufacturers to ensure designs are feasible for production and meet cost targets.

4. Conduct research on materials manufacturing processes and technologies to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate them into designs when appropriate.

5. Develop prototypes of furniture pieces to test for functionality ergonomics and durability.

6. Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are translated accurately from concept to final product.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create presentations marketing materials and product catalogs to showcase furniture designs.

8. Stay informed about market trends competitive products and customer preferences to identify opportunities for new designs and product improvements.

9. Participate in design reviews brainstorming sessions and cross-functional meetings to provide input and support to colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Furniture Design or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Furniture Designer preferably in a similar role or industry.

3. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD SketchUp or SolidWorks.

4. Strong sketching and visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively.

5. Knowledge of furniture materials construction techniques and manufacturing processes.

6. Familiarity with industry trends market research and consumer insights.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

9. Strong communication and presentation skills.

10. A portfolio of previous furniture design projects demonstrating creativity technical skills and attention to detail.

11. Knowledge of sustainable design practices is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
