- About the Role:

- The Talent Scout - Technical Support ,will be a crucial part of our talent acquisition team,
- focusing on high-volume requisitions for technical support,Renewals & CSM roles. You will work- who can deliver outstanding support to our customers. Your expertise in high-volume sourcing- success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards (Naukri),

social media, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms, to identify and engage potential-
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical support talent to

meet ongoing hiring demands. Continuously assess and adjust sourcing strategies
- based on business needs.- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to
- with recruiters to coordinate interviews and assessments.them informed about job opportunities and company updates. Ensure a positive and-
- Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their

hiring needs, priorities, and timelines. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and-
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and salary

benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies.interactions, and feedback in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer with a focus on high-volume requisitions,

preferably in a B2B SaaS-based Organization ,HCM or a consulting firm.market.- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced

environment.- A data-driven approach to sourcing and a commitment to meeting recruitment targets.
