Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Scout/Talent Sourcing Specialist (on Contract) to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging top-tier talent across various channels to build a robust candidate pipeline.Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including but not limited to social media, professional networking sites, job boards, and employee referrals to identify qualified candidates.Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles.Employ advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, etc.) to effectively target and engage passive candidates.Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.Engage with candidates through personalized outreach, emails, and networking events to establish strong relationships and promote employer brand awareness.Conduct initial screening assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Track and report sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.Driving operational efficiencies in a high-volume recruiting environmentOperating with under the recruiter compliance outlined by SolventumYour Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higherFive (5) years of combined sourcing experience across preferably product based Organizations. Experience using Workday for recruitingExperienced managing end to end recruiting process.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience as a Talent Scout/Sourcer role in a fast-paced corporate environment.Experience using sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.Advance experience with Boolean search strings and other search methods.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Recruiting CRM’s and other HR software.Commitment to diversity and inclusion with a passion for attracting top talent from diverse backgrounds.Work location: Bangalore, IndiaWorking Arrangement: HybridSupporting Your Well-being: Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
