**JOB TITLE REPORTS TO**

**MIS Officer Team Manager-MIS**

**JOB ROLE**

Key functions will be:

- Good Data analytical skills and Hands on knowledge about Dialer operations (Calling List,

Agent Group, Filter modification, Campaign Creation Place mapping etc.)
- Should be also able to Analysis Weekly and Monthly tracker and discuss about the performance Improvement/Process Improvement.
- Daily analysis on Agent Activity(Ready, Wrap, Idle, Break, call counts, login etc..) and discuss with OPS managers for the better results.
- Bi hourly update with Ops team Leads for the better results for the day.
- Campaign run on Time as per the Strategy.
- Updating entire MIS of collections.
- Preparation of related MIS reports.
- Coordinating with different collection managers.

**SKILLS / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**
- Graduate(Any Stream)
- 2+ yrs experience.
- Good communication and pleasing personality.
- High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
