Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MIS Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining MIS reports to support operational and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract, compile, and analyze data from multiple sources to inform business decisions
  • Create and update Excel-based dashboards, reports, and trackers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of all reports and data submissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and optimize reporting processes
Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, etc.)
  • Knowledge of MIS and reporting tools
  • Attention to detail and good data management practices
  • Ability to analyze data and highlight trends or exceptions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or IT preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data management roles
  • Banking or financial services domain experience is an advantage
  • Freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered
