We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team as a Data Analyst/ MIS to design data formats, create excel based Management Information Systems (MIS), and present data in a clear and easy-to-understand format.

  • Publish daily business dashboards on time
  • Automate excel dashboards based on available business data files
  • Allocate daily leads to teams based on set rules
  • Review data preparation according to requirements
  • Prepare contest achievements, gaps, and rewards
  • Perform ad-hoc data preparation as needed
  • Analyze data and share insights to identify gaps and improve productivity
  • Design business dashboards and review data formats
  • Coordinate with the field team for any data-related issues or requirements
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate and above
  • Relevant work experience: Minimum 3+ years
  • Work-related skills: Advanced Excel
About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position within our Data Science & Analytics department, focusing on insurance industry-specific data analysis and management.
