**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Development and Implementation**:

- Plan and execute age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards.
- Incorporate activities such as storytelling, music, art, outdoor play, and basic academics to engage young learners.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Encourage good behavior through positive reinforcement and consistent routines.
- **Child Supervision and Safety**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of children during classroom and outdoor activities.
- Address any safety concerns promptly and maintain a secure learning environment.
- **Social and Emotional Development**:

- Foster emotional intelligence by teaching empathy, sharing, and cooperation.
- Support children in managing emotions and resolving conflicts in a constructive way.
- **Observation and Assessment**:

- Monitor and document each child’s progress in areas such as learning, behavior, and social interaction.
- Communicate developmental milestones, challenges, and achievements to parents or guardians.
- **Parent and Guardian Communication**:

- Conduct regular meetings with parents to discuss their child’s progress and address any concerns.
- Provide updates through newsletters, reports, or online platforms.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:

- Work with teaching assistants and other staff to create a positive and supportive environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and planning sessions.
- **Promoting Inclusivity**:

- Create an inclusive classroom that celebrates diversity and accommodates children with varying needs and abilities.
- Collaborate with specialists to support children requiring additional assistance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
