**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive to join our team and bring creative ideas to life. In this role, you will drive social media strategies, engage audiences, and help our clients stand out in the competitive digital landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute innovative social media content plans aligned with brand objectives, including posts, stories, and video content.
- Platform Management: Oversee daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring timely posts and consistent brand messaging.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Campaign Management: Plan and implement engaging social media campaigns that increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to improve future strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
