**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art AI models that meet the highest quality standards.
- Mentor a high-performing team of scientists and engineers.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive adoption of AI solutions
- Identify new opportunities through GTM & demos.
- Have a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in AI space
- Stay at the cutting edge of GenAI, LLM, and AI agent advancements, contributing to Oracle’s leadership forums.Publish findings, present customer demos, and mentor junior team members on best practices for generative AI and LLM development.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 10+ years relevant experience. Strong experience in AI/ML, with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, or AI agent development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed computing.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries
- Architect and implement AI agents that automate complex workflows
- Develop and fine-tune LLMs for domain specific use cases, such as automated documentation, question answering, and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures
- Align GenAI and LLM initiatives with business objectives and customer requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
