Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Maintenance:

- Regularly update and maintain the company website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement updates, patches, and new features as needed.

2. Data Handling:

- Manage and organize large sets of data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security.
- Implement data entry and validation processes to maintain data integrity.
- Generate and analyse reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.

3. Content Creation:

- Develop creative assets such as graphics, images, and other multimedia content as required for promotional materials.
- Ensure that all visual elements align with the company's brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.

4. CRM Management:

- Administer and maintain the CRM system to streamline customer interactions and improve data organization.
- Generate reports and analyse CRM data to provide insights into customer behaviour and preferences.

5. MIS (Management Information Systems):

- Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports to provide key insights to management.
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of data in MIS reports for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather data and improve MIS efficiency.

6. Social Media Management:

- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and engage with the audience.
- Track and analyse social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proven experience in website maintenance, data handling, and social media management.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visuals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MIS reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
