- Traveler Support: Assist employees with hotel-related inquiries, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related issues. Act as a point of contact for any hotel-related emergencies or concerns.
- Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data related to hotel bookings, expenses, and traveler feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to improve travel management processes.
- Policy and Process Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of corporate travel policies, guidelines, and procedures related to hotel bookings. Ensure policies are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and any travel advisories that may impact hotel bookings. Mitigate risks and ensure traveler safety and security.
- Technology and Tools: Utilize travel management software, online booking tools, and other technology platforms to streamline hotel booking processes, track expenses, and enhance traveler experiences.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Collaborate with finance teams to manage the hotel accommodation budget, monitor expenses, and provide accurate forecasts and budgetary reports.
