Job Location: Broadway, Chennai

We are seeking an efficient and organized Office Staff to join our team and support day-to-day operations.

As an Office Staff, you will be responsible for handling payment follow-up with customers, accounts check, data entry in software, and coordinating with the office team to ensure work completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct payment follow-up with customers and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Check accounts regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Perform data entry in software to maintain up-to-date records of daily transactions
- Coordinate with the office team to ensure work completion within deadlines
- Communicate effectively in Hindi, English and Tamil

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office staff or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and Tamil
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
