Quality HOD Experience : 10 + Location : Bhanpuri,Raipur (Depending upon Experience) Qualification:BE MECHANICAL Date of Joining-Within 30 days ROUTINE WORK CNC 1Complete Planning of CNC Shop - based on Orders received, Indications received from Central Planning given by Marketing, plant head &Management 2 Prepare Monthly planning machine wise &publish the same on the display board. 3 Manpower planning & Supervision (Shift schedule). 4 Maintain Attendance Sheet & calculate Over time 5 Carry out Tools and Inserts Planning based on Monthly plan (CNC) 6 Raise insert Procurement requisition, where necessary, follow up with Purchase to get it. 7 Monitoring the production plan as per the given planning with shift wise daily production along with efficiency. 8 Monitoring the programming prepared by the supervisor for CNC & modify as when required / new components are to be machined. 9 Cycle Time Reduction - verify the possibility by modifications in the program, inserts, fixtures 10 Machine maintenance as when required 11 Quality Improvement based on the rejection on shop and at Inspection stage and later stages of assembly. 12 Send the finish component for Heat Treatment with a Bin card. 13 Daily pending machining qty to be published as per last batch number issued. 14 Monthly costing sheet to be published to the management and explore ways to reduce the cost per piece. 15 Idle Time report 16 Add planning of rough machining on Milling and drilling for CNC finished components. 17 Record and monitor consumption and cost of CNC insertsROUTINE WORK VMCRR18 ROUTINE WORK VMC 18Complete Planning of VMC Shop - based on Orders received, Indications received from Central Planning given by Marketing, plant head &Management 19 Prepare Monthly planning machine wise &publish the same on the display board. 20 Send daily & weekly production planning to the production department for arranging straightened links material. 21 Manpower planning & Supervision of Shift schedule. 22 Maintain Attendance Sheet 23 Carry out Tools and Fixtures Planning based on Monthly plan (VMC) 24 Raise insert Procurement requisition, where necessary, follow up with Purchase to get it. 25 Monitoring the production plan as per the given planning with shift wise daily production along with efficiency. 26 Monitoring the programming prepared by the supervisor for VMC & modify as when required / new components are to be machined. 27 Monitoring the production plan as per the given planning with shift wise daily production along with efficiency. 28 Cycle Time Reduction - verify the possibility by modifications in the program, inserts, fixtures 29 Machine maintenance as & when required 30 Quality Improvement, based on the rejection on shop and at Inspection stage and later stages of assembly. 31 Daily pending machining qty to be published as per last batch number issued. 32 Monthly costing sheet to be published to the management and explore ways to reduce the cost per piece. 33 Idle Time report 34 Add planning of rough machining on Milling and drilling for VMC finished components. 35 Record and monitor consumption and cost of VMC inserts Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month **Experience**: - total work: 10 years (required) Work Location: In person
