**Position**: CNC/VMC HOD

**Qualification**: Any

**Experience**: 5 to 6 years

**Salary**: 20,000- 25000

**Gender**: Male

**Office Time**: 9:00 TO 06:00 (Monday to Saturday)

**Responsibilities**:
- Complete Planning of CNC/VMC Shop - based on Orders received, Indications received from Central Planning given by Marketing, plant head & Management

Prepare Monthly planning machine wise & publish the same on the display board.

Manpower planning & Supervision (Shift schedule).

Maintain Attendance Sheet & calculate Over time

Carry out Tools and Inserts Planning based on Monthly plan (CNC)

Raise insert Procurement requisition, where necessary, follow up with Purchase to get it.

Monitoring the production plan as per the given planning with shift wise daily production along with efficiency.

Monitoring the programming prepared by the supervisor for CNC & modify as when required / new components are to be machined.

Cycle Time Reduction - verify the possibility by modifications in the program, inserts, fixtures

Quality Improvement based on the rejection on shop and at Inspection stage and later stages of assembly

Send the finish component for Heat Treatment with a Bin card.

Daily pending machining qty to be published as per last batch number issued.

Monthly costing sheet to be published to the management and explore ways to reduce the cost per piece.

Idle Time report

Add planning of rough machining on Milling and drilling for CNC finished components.

Record and monitor consumption and cost of CNC inserts
