**Job Title**: Telecaller - Visa Immigration Company

**Position Overview**: We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Telecallers to join our dynamic team at Destination The Ultimate Beginning. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by engaging with potential clients and providing them with essential information regarding our visa immigration services. **Responsibilities**:
1. **Cold Calling**:Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our immigration services and assess their needs.

2. **Communication Skills**: Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, answering their inquiries, and providing information on our visa and immigration solutions.

3. **Sales and Marketing Knowledge**: Utilize your knowledge of sales and marketing techniques to promote our services, explain benefits, and convince potential clients to engage with us.

4. **Client Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.

6. **Achieve Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

7. **Market Research**: Stay updated on immigration policies, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus).
- Strong cold calling skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using CRM software.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage.
