immiNex App is looking for Visa counselor. We are the latest and fastest growing platform. We have developed this to reduce the fraud in the immigration industry.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Meet with prospective clients to understand their visa needs and provide tailored advice on the most appropriate visa options.
- Documentation Review: Ensure all client documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with the relevant visa requirements.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest immigration policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and update management on the progress of cases and any notable developments.
- Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions for potential clients to discuss the benefits and processes for studying or working abroad.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in a related field such as International Relations or Social Sciences).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration consulting, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledgeable: In-depth understanding of the visa process for major countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, USA).
- Problem-solving: Ability to handle and resolve client queries efficiently.
- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using standard office software and CRM systems for client management.
