Steward

**Job Summary**:
ZOCA Café, Bhiwani is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Stewards** to join our service team. As a Steward in our **multi-cuisine** restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining table settings, and supporting smooth restaurant operations while ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests politely and assist in seating them.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout the guest's dining experience.
- Refill water, replace cutlery, and attend to guest needs during service.
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards of ZOCA Café.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the captain or supervisor.
- Handle guest queries or minor complaints and escalate major concerns to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a steward/waiter/service staff role (freshers can apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Basic knowledge of multi-cuisine food & beverage service (training will be provided).
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be polite, punctual, and team-oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 10th/12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory)
- Local language proficiency, along with basic Hindi or English

**Work Schedule**:

- Rotational shifts (Lunch/Dinner)
- Must be available on weekends, holidays, and special events
