Having a high school diploma, 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, and excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Transfer data from paper formats into our company’s digital database
- Communicate with employees to gather payment information, invoices, statements, reports, and other important information
- Ensure all data is error-free, backed up, and stored safely
- Identify and solve any data entry-related issue
- Maintain and update the database and regularly eliminate duplicate data

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or higher
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Data Entry Clerk or a similar role
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type quickly
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of [preferred database management tools]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
