**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field surveys and collect data using GPS, total stations, drones, and other surveying equipment.
- Prepare and verify survey reports, maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
- Determine exact locations and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, land development, and other purposes.
- Review historical maps and records to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, construction managers, and government agencies.
- Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Supervise and guide junior survey staff or technicians when required.
- Maintain and update survey data in CAD and GIS systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid professional land surveyor license (PLS or equivalent) in the applicable state.
- Minimum of 2 years of surveying experience (field and office).
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble, Leica, etc.).
- Strong understanding of land use laws, zoning regulations, and property boundaries.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
