**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a **qualified and experienced Surveyor** to oversee and manage land and construction surveys for our projects. The Surveyor will be responsible for **measuring, mapping, and analyzing land data** to ensure accurate site preparation, structural alignment, and compliance with project plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Land & Construction Surveys**: Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction site surveys to support building projects.
- **Data Collection & Analysis**: Use advanced surveying instruments (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.) to collect precise measurements and analyze data.
- **Site Planning & Layout**: Provide accurate site layout, levels, and alignments for foundations, roads, and structures.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Regularly monitor construction progress, check elevations, and ensure compliance with project plans.
- **Coordinate with Teams**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Maintain detailed survey records, maps, and reports while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Ensure surveying instruments are well-maintained, calibrated, and in proper working condition.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in **Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field**.
- **3 to 5 years of experience** in land surveying within the **construction industry**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, GIS, and surveying software**.
- Knowledge of **surveying instruments** such as **Total Station, GPS, and Theodolites**.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and site plans.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with local **building codes and land regulations**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or license in **Land Surveying**:

- Experience in **large-scale building projects**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
