**Key Responsibilities**:Sales**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

**Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities such as exhibitions, trade shows, and product launches.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in [industry].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
