Operation Executive

Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand the specific requirements and preferences of clients' customized holiday packages.
- Coordinate and arrange all aspects of travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and other related services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with external suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure bookings, reservations, and other necessary arrangements for clients' travel itineraries.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed travel itineraries for clients, incorporating their preferences, schedules, and any special requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage changes or disruptions to travel plans, proactively seeking solutions and alternatives to minimize inconvenience for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all travel arrangements, communications, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations, policies, and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Act as a point of contact for clients during their travel, offering support and assistance as needed to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute insights and suggestions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our travel operations.
- Continuously stay informed about travel industry trends, destination updates, and best practices to provide informed recommendations and solutions to clients.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements and initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in travel operations, customer service, or a related field is preferred. [Fresher can Apply]
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to address unexpected situations and changes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and travel booking systems.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, industry trends, and destination knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
