**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to achieve hospital goals and objectives.
- Manage hospital budgets, oversee financial operations, and ensure fiscal responsibilities.
- Monitor and improve patient care, safety and satisfaction.
- Supervise and evaluate department heads, managers, and staffs to ensure effective operations.
- provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee related issues, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospital administrator: 1 year (required)
