**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Client Consultations**
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs, skin types, and suitability for various treatments.
- Provide professional advice on treatments and skincare products.
- Develop and discuss personalized treatment plans with clients.

2. **Aesthetic Treatments**
- Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and body contouring.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and effectively, following established protocols.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation standards in the treatment area.

3. **Customer Service**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address any client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- Ensure clients are comfortable and informed throughout their treatment experience.

4. **Product Knowledge and Sales**
- Stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and industry trends.
- Educate clients on available skincare products and recommend suitable options.
- Achieve sales targets for treatments and products.

5. **Record Keeping and Compliance**
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and consent forms.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinic standards.
- Report any adverse reactions or incidents promptly to the Clinic Manager.

6. **Professional Development**
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry techniques and advancements.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetic Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed or registered to practice as an aesthetic therapist in [Location].
- Proven experience in performing a variety of aesthetic treatments.
- Excellent knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and appropriate treatments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred:

- Additional certifications in specific treatments such as laser therapy or advanced skincare.
- Experience working in a high-end clinic or spa environment.
- Knowledge of clinic management software.

- Empathy and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong sales and product recommendation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
