**Job Title**: Female Aesthetic Therapist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of treatments such as facials, waxing, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming treatment area.
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty techniques, trends, and product knowledge.
- Promote and recommend skincare and beauty products for home use.
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage client bookings and keep accurate records of treatments.
- Upsell services and retail products to meet sales targets.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Certified Beauty Therapist (Diploma, NVQ Level 2 or 3, CIDESCO, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar beauty role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of personal grooming.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of advanced treatments (e.g., microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy).
- Sales experience in beauty or skincare products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
