**Job Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Monitor and control critical quality parameters as per the inspection plan.
- Utilize appropriate inspection techniques (visual, dimensional, physical, chemical) to identify defects and non-conformances.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and observations accurately.
- Enter inspection data into the ERP & Excel sheets for record-keeping and analysis.

**2. Defect Identification & Resolution**:
Promptly identify and report any product defects or non-conformances to the Higher Authorities.
- Recommend & conduct corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis investigations to prevent future occurrences of defects.
- Initiate production stoppages when necessary to prevent the production of defective products.

**3.Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure adherence to all relevant quality standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN etc.) and customer specifications.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and work instructions as per ISO.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing defects.

**4.Quality System Adherence**:

- Stay updated on the latest quality management systems and industry best practices.
- Participate & Conduct training programs to enhance quality knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Education**: Diploma/B.E. in Engineering (preferably in Plastics/Polymer/Mechanical)
- ** Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in quality control within the PVC/HDPE pipe manufacturing industry or Manufacturing Industry.
- Should be ready to work in Rotational Shift of company.

**Competencies**:

- PVC Material Manufacturing Processes.
- Quality Inspection.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Quality Data Analysis
- Quality MIS Data.
- Customer complaint handling
