Implement quality control procedures throughout all stages of production
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor product quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Coordinate with production, procurement, stores & various teams for process improvement and Implementation.
- Evaluate and monitor the quality of incoming raw materials, ingredients and packing materials address the quality issues and report to procurement team.
- Analyze production & testing data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain Food Safety and Quality Management systems (FSSC 22000, BRC, HACCP, GMP, FSSAI)
- Provide training to supervisors and workers on quality control procedures, food safety practices, and HACCP principles.
- Ensure that product quality meets customer expectations.
- Work closely with external laboratories for specialized testing when required.
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials.
- Provide support to production team as needed. Ensure production requirements are met and quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
- Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities including test results, inspections, and corrective actions taken. Ensure accurate and timely data management for traceability and analysis purposes.
- Identify problems and report to Sr. Manager.
- Conduct Quality Analysis and Shelf life Studies.

**Competency**:

- Understanding of food safety regulations and standards
- Proficiency in quality control methods, techniques, and tools
- Ability to conduct risk assessments
- Experience in conducting internal audits.
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Skill in developing and delivering training programs
- Strong communication skills.
- Understanding of customer expectations and requirements

**Qualification **:B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Science, Food Tech, Food Engg, Agri Engg, Bio Tech, Microbiology, Chemistry**.**

**Experience **:Min 3 years in Food Processing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
