**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and ideas for visual content.
- Capture compelling photographs and videos that convey the desired message and evoke the intended emotions.
- Conduct pre-production planning, including scouting locations, arranging props, and coordinating logistics.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to ensure high-quality production standards.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
- Manage post-production processes, including color correction, sound mixing, and video rendering.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve skills and techniques.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, delivering final assets in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in E-commerce (beauty/têxtile/cosmetic/hygiene/fashion) will be preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Photography/Videography or related field (preferred).
- Proven 1 years of experience as a Photographer and Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both disciplines.
- Proficiency with DSLR and mirrorless cameras, as well as video production equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of photography and videography techniques, including composition, lighting, and camera settings.
- Expertise in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality visual content.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
