**Location**: Kolkata

**Role Purpose**:
At CLIRNET, we’re looking for a Moderator to join our Health-tech team to help us carry out online meetings and recording with the speakers

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Moderate the online discussions & meetings

2. Send the recording details & reminders to the speaker

3. Have experience running online meetings through platforms like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams or similar online platforms

4. Have familiarity with operating systems to help diagnose & troubleshoot issues with connecting speakers, webcams and microphones

5. Track the recordings on a day to day basis

6. Co-ordinate with the team members for smooth operation

**Essential Skillset**:
1. Strong communication and presentation skills

2. Have experience of using Zoom, Webex, MS Teams or similar online platforms

3. Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problem

4. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

5. Critical thinker

6. Team Player

**Education Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate (with minimum of 1 yr experience in moderation of Online meetings)
