**CMM Programmer ( BE Mechanical)**

**Job description**

**Job Summary**:
As a CMM Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs for the

Coordinate Measuring Machines that inspect and verify the dimensions of manufactured parts and

components. Your expertise in metrology, programming, and quality control will be vital in ensuring that

our products meet all specifications and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Good experience of working on Zeiss Software, Accurate software
- Programming: Develop, write, and optimize CMM programs for measuring dimensions of various

parts and components based on 2D drawings and 3D CAD models.
- Quality Assurance: Perform detailed inspections to ensure parts meet strict quality standards and

specifications. Analyze and report measurement results.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with measurements or machine performance,

making necessary adjustments to programs and processes.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure accuracy and

reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to understand specifications,

improve product quality, and resolve measurement discrepancies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of CMM programs, inspections, results, and corrective

actions taken.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to other staff members on CMM operations, best practices,

and quality assurance procedures.

Experience: Proven experience as a CMM Programmer or in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.

Familiarity with CMM software such as RDMIS, Calypso, or CAMIO, zeiss, accurate is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of metrology, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T),

and 3D CAD software. Proficiency in reading

**Qualification : BE Mechanical**

**Experience : 4 to 5 years**

**Salary - 25k to 30 k**
