**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of Tool and Dies: The primary responsibility involves the regular maintenance and repair of tools and dies used in the automobile manufacturing process, ensuring they are in optimal working condition to meet production requirements.
- Preventive Maintenance of Tools and Dies: Implementing a schedule for preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and prevent unexpected breakdowns of tools and dies.
- Tool and Dies Related Documents Maintenance: Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports, repair logs, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain Spare List: Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and components necessary for the repair and replacement of tools and dies, ensuring that adequate supplies are available to minimize downtime.
- Preparation of Annual Preventive Maintenance Plan: Developing a comprehensive plan for scheduled maintenance activities throughout the year to optimize the performance and lifespan of tools and dies.
- Checking Dies at Vendor Side Also: Collaborating with external vendors or suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of tools and dies purchased or serviced externally.
- Awareness about EOHS Policy: Understanding and adhering to the Environment, Occupational Health, and Safety (EOHS) policies and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in die maintenance activities.
- Awareness about Process-Related Aspect Impact and Hazard Risk: Identifying potential hazards and risks associated with die maintenance processes and implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them, including ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Use of Required PPEs: Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as per safety regulations and company policies to prevent injury or exposure to hazardous materials during die maintenance tasks.
- Reporting All Incidents: Promptly reporting any accidents, near misses, or safety incidents related to die maintenance activities, and participating in investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Accountability:
The Die Maintenance Technician is accountable for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of tools and dies, as well as compliance with safety regulations and company policies. They are responsible for the timely completion of maintenance tasks and documentation of maintenance activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,573.00 per month
