**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and procure raw materials, components, and equipment required for automobile manufacturing.**:

- **Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.**:

- **Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery.**:

- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.**:

- **Conduct periodic supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.**:

- **Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.**:

- **Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements to secure favourable terms.**:

- **Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure purchased materials meet required specifications.**:

- **Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.**:

- **Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to align procurement with manufacturing schedules.**:

- **Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and alternative materials.**:

- **Evaluate the impact of market fluctuations on material costs.**:

- **Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.**:

- **Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.**:

- **A diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement will be an advantage.**
- **Experience**:

- **2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the automobile industry.**:

- **Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- **Strong knowledge of automobile components, raw materials, and industry standards.**:

- **Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.**:

- **Soft Skills**:

- **Excellent negotiation and communication skills.**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Cost savings achieved on procurement.**:

- **On-time delivery percentage.**:

- **Vendor performance metrics.**:

- **Compliance with quality standards.**

**Full-time: 10 to 7 Monday to Saturday**

**Salary: up to 4.80 LPA**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
