**Marketing, Media & Branding Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing & Branding**:

- **Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence across India.**:

- **Develop and manage BTL (Below the Line) activities like exhibitions, dealer boards, signage, brochures, wall branding, and product displays.**:

- **Coordinate branding activities at dealer/distributor outlets and retail galleries.**:

- **Assist in creating marketing content, presentations, catalogs, and promotional materials.**:

- **Work closely with the sales team to support marketing-driven lead generation campaigns.**:

- **Monitor competitor branding and marketing activities and provide insights.**

**Digital & Social Media Management**:

- **Manage company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with regular, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.**:

- **Plan and execute digital campaigns including paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads).**:

- **Monitor and report performance metrics like reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.**:

- **Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop creatives, reels, and video content.**:

- **Keep website and online presence updated with the latest content, products, and campaigns.**

**Media & PR**:

- **Plan and coordinate print advertisements, advertorials, and PR articles in newspapers, magazines, and trade journals.**:

- **Maintain relationships with local and national media, influencers, bloggers, and agencies.**:

- **Identify and execute opportunities for editorial features, interviews, and product placements.**

**Coordination & Vendor Management**:

- **Liaise with external agencies for design, printing, digital marketing, and event support.**:

- **Ensure timely production and dispatch of marketing materials.**:

- **Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.**

**Eligibility & Requirements**:
**Education**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media, or a related field.**

**Experience**:

- **Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing/media/branding role, preferably in the interior products, building materials, furniture, or design industry.**

**Skills & Competencies**:

- **Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, content creation, social media platforms, and media planning.**:

- **Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva/CorelDraw/Photoshop, etc.).**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.**:

- **Creative mindset with an eye for design, brand aesthetics, and storytelling.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.**:

- **Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.**

**Work Conditions**:

- **Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)**:

- **Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Director**
