_**Job description**_
- Manage and oversee the financial activities of the apparel company, including clothing manufacturing operations ,printing and e-commerce sales and logistics
- Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, inventory management, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, expenses, and inventory related to e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, etc.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Prepare tax returns and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
- Conduct cost analysis and budgeting activities to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
- Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Handle all banking related works and perform bank reconciliation.
- Handle payments and file GST/TDS returns.
- Prepare profit and loss statements.
- Provide technical support and advice on management accounting.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
